Meet Jess: confident, affectionate, and the self-appointed CEO of… basically everything.
She and Pru are a bonded duo who do life together. Like many women, they even go to the bathroom together and must be adopted as a pair.
Jess is the more outgoing, dominant sister — and she’s not shy about it.
She’s also the more affectionate one and will absolutely pop up for kisses… including at the exact moment you bend down to clip her leash (surprise hug attack!).
Boundaries? Jess has never heard of them and sees furniture as a group project.
Food: “I Finished First” Energy
She’s very food motivated and can be pushy about treats/food, sometimes trying to shoo Pru away.
She eats from a slow feeder (non-elevated)… and still finishes before Pru.
Good news: she’s learning to let Pru finish and has made progress with supervision.
Training: Smart, Motivated, and Learning the Rules (Slowly)
Knows: sit, kennel, let’s go.
Learning: leave it, off, come, no, pee/poop (yes—potty cues are being trained).
Important Management Notes
Crates easily at night after a ~10pm potty, wakes around 6:30–7am, and is most vocal when she wants something (especially in the morning).
Also: folding baby gates are merely a suggestion to her (little baby rhino energy).
If Jess is separated from Pru, Jess gets anxious — she’s team “we come as a set.”
Ideal home for Jess (and Pru): structured routine, secure fencing, no small animals, and humans who enjoy being loved aggressively (by two small couch potatoes
