Bowser is the sweetest little guy who just wants a person to call his own. He is house trained, listens well, loves to snuggle, and according to the people who know him best, he is an absolute love when he’s the only dog.
Bowser has lived with other dogs before, but unfortunately he has had some pretty intense conflicts with dogs in his recent homes. Because of that, we truly feel the safest and happiest place for Bowser would be a home where he can be the ONLY DOG and soak up ALL the attention. He also may do well with other dogs with slow introductions
His current family loves him and has worked really hard with him. They were making great progress for weeks, but it became clear that Bowser and their other dog just aren’t the right match. This isn’t anyone giving up on him — it’s about finding the environment where Bowser can actually relax and thrive.
And honestly? When Bowser is by himself, he sounds like an absolute dream.
