Katie is a sweet and spirited pup with a heart full of love! Despite being blind, she doesn’t let it slow her down—she’s endlessly curious and adores exploring the yard, sniffing out new adventures, and eagerly wants to meet other dogs. She’s happiest when snuggled up in your lap, playfully nibbling on teething chews or enjoying a tasty bone.
Meal time is her absolute favorite, and she never misses a chance to savor every bite. She’s still getting used to her Halo, which helps her navigate without bumping into things, and she’s learning fast! While Katie’s confidence shines in most situations, she’s not a fan of too many stairs—two is her limit, but that doesn’t stop her from finding ways to stay close to her humans. Since she can’t see, she has trouble finding the door to go out to the bathroom so once you know her schedule, you can make sure she gets outside when she needs to go.
