Welcome Piper! She is new to being an inside dog, so she will need a family who is patient with her being a little scared of fast movements, approaches and loud sounds.
Since joining her foster family, Piper has gone from hiding in a corner of their garage to playing with their fur siblings and the human adults and kids.
Piper is very food motivated - if it is a food she wants. She is learning to love pets and cuddles but is still unsure at times. She is also learning that crates are for safety and not a scary thing. She is starting to show some good-natured mischief, which is always a good sign of feeling more comfortable and safe.
She is working on her leash and harness skills and will be an amazing addition to your family as she progresses. Piper is located in North Carolina.
