Meet Roscoe!
Roscoe’s foster says he’s a sweetheart who loves a good game of tug of war. He plays tug and fetch with their younger dog, and he’s had no issues with the cats in his foster home.
He sleeps quietly in his crate all night, is housebroken, and scratches at the back door when he needs to go out. Walks are one of his favorite things. He likes to stop and sniff, but he doesn’t pull on the leash.
Roscoe can be a little nervous when meeting someone new. Give him a chance to warm up—and maybe offer a game of tug—and you’ll have a friend for life. His foster also says he does the sweetest head tilt when he’s trying to figure you out.
He’s still working on keeping all four paws on the floor when he gets excited. He also loves being close to other dogs, so a dog who enjoys an enthusiastic playmate may be his best fit.
