I/We further swear or affirm that nothing has been withheld that would adversely affect consideration in adoption of a BTBR dog and that nothing in my/our background might disallow me/us from being considered for the adoption or fostering of a dog or any other animal. I/We am/are not making this application for any third person or organization or group. I/We acknowledge that I/we have read, understand and agree with this entire application document including the Introduction and MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS FOR FOSTERING. I/We will promptly will take the BTBR dog to a veterinarian if ill or injured. If Foster is unable to do so, Foster must notify BTBR immediately. I/We will notify BTBR of any changes of address or telephone number. I/We will immediately notify BTBR if a BTBR dog is lost or stolen. I/We shall return a BTBR dog to BTBR if under any circumstances Foster is no longer able to keep or provide for the BTBR dog.*
